Picture Framing Clinic – Free – Members only

I can well remember how nervous I was before entering my first RAG Exhibition. I was not at all certain that I’d managed to follow the exhibition picture framing rules properly – and in fact I had not!

Hopefully the rules are clearer now, but if you’re in that same state of doubt for pictures of your own that you want to enter into the exhibition, then we’re holding a pilot of a ‘Framing Clinic’.

We’ll do our very best to help you get your framing right. We’ll have the tools, equipment (e.g. D-rings, picture cord and framing tape) and knowledge to show you how to finish off framing a picture (or guide you on how to do it yourself!) in the way described in the rules (see romseyartgroup.org.uk/exhibition-timeline).

Bring along your picture/frame, we’ll do our best to deal with whatever turns up!

There is no need to book but it would help us a great deal if you could email me to give me an idea of what you’ll need on the night.
